You can use many SQL environments. Many of them are free of charge like SQLite, MySQL etc.
Here we will use SQLFiddle which is an online SQL tool.
Using SQLFiddle, first you create the database schema on the left part of the screen and then you can make your queries on the right part of the screen. We will use "SQLite SQL.js" option
